## Business telephony under your own brand

Your customers deal with you. They manage their phone system in a portal that carries your brand, and they receive your invoice at your prices. Behind it, calls run on a platform Netavo owns and operates, with direct interconnects to five UK voice carriers.

You order numbers and ports for your customers through the same platform, so moving a customer's existing numbers, or giving them new ones, is part of your own service rather than a request to someone else.

### Does Netavo offer white-label VoIP?

Yes. Netavo partners give their customers a hosted VoIP portal in their own brand and invoice them directly, while Netavo operates the platform behind them.

### Can I resell Netavo hosted PBX?

Yes. Netavo partners buy hosted PBX at wholesale and resell it to their own customers at their own prices, with call queues, IVRs, ring groups, recording and CRM integration.

### Can I port my customers' numbers myself?

Yes. Netavo partners order new UK numbers and number ports for their customers through the platform.

### Can I resell PSTN replacement lines?

Yes. Netavo partners resell single lines and PSTN replacement for customers moving off analogue lines.

### Can the softphone apps carry my brand?

On request. Netavo's softphone apps for iOS, Android, Windows and macOS can be provided under a partner's own brand.
