## How a phone system is delivered

### 01 Design

We define how calls should be handled, including routing, out-of-hours arrangements and recording, before any number is moved.

### 02 Deliver

Numbers are ported on an agreed date, handsets provisioned in advance, and cutover planned around business hours.

### 03 Operate

Call routing changes on request, recordings retained or delivered as required, and ongoing support.

## The platform behind it

Calls are handled on a platform we own and operate, with direct interconnects to UK voice carriers. That allows us to port numbers, change call flows promptly and offer the apps under a partner's brand.
