Our network
The services we provide are carried on a network we own and operate. It has its own address space, its own interconnects and its own presence in the UK's principal datacentres, which is what allows us to design each solution rather than resell someone else's.
A network we own and operate
We operate as an independent network, with our own autonomous system and our own IPv4 and IPv6 address space. Traffic is routed across infrastructure we control, from the point at which it leaves a customer's site to the point at which it reaches the internet or another network.
That independence gives us direct control over routing, addressing and service quality, and means the engineers who support a service are the engineers who run the network beneath it.

Datacentre interconnect points
We are present in carrier-neutral datacentres where the UK's networks meet. Partners and other networks can interconnect with us at any of them.

Peering and membership
We participate directly in the organisations through which the internet is interconnected and administered.
LINX
We are a member of the London Internet Exchange, one of the largest internet exchange points in the world, and peer on both the LON1 and LON2 exchanges. Peering directly with other networks keeps traffic on short, efficient paths and reduces our dependence on any single upstream provider.

RIPE NCC
We are a member of the RIPE NCC, the regional internet registry for Europe. Our address space and autonomous system number are allocated to us directly, so the addresses we assign to a service remain ours to manage and do not depend on another provider.
A direct relationship with Openreach
We deal with Openreach directly as a communications provider, not through an intermediary. Orders, appointments and faults are placed with Openreach from our own systems, so we see what Openreach sees and can act on it without delay.
In a number of exchanges we have gone further and installed our own equipment. Lines served from these unbundled exchanges connect directly to our network, giving us control of the service from the exchange onwards.

Interconnect with us
Whether you need capacity, peering or a private connection into our network, tell us what you are building and an engineer will respond.
