Wholesale broadband for ISPs
Netavo supplies broadband from the UK's access networks to ISPs who sell it under their own brand. You can terminate the subscribers yourself, or have us terminate them for you; either way you order, check and diagnose lines through the portal or the API.
Two ways to take it
| Arrangement | Who terminates the subscriber | Suited to |
|---|---|---|
| L2TP handover | You do. Sessions are handed to your own network over L2TP, and you authenticate and address them | ISPs with their own LNS or BNG, RADIUS and address space |
| White-label, with managed termination | We do. Subscribers are terminated, authenticated and addressed on Netavo's own BNG | ISPs who want to sell broadband without operating subscriber termination |
L2TP handover
Broadband sessions from the national and regional access networks are carried across our core and handed to your network over L2TP. From that point the subscriber is yours in every technical sense: your authentication, your addresses, your policy.
Handover is in London or Manchester, on 1G, 10G or 100G ports.

White-label, with managed termination
Where an ISP would sooner not run subscriber termination, we run it. Your subscribers are terminated, authenticated and addressed on Netavo's own BNG, the same platform that carries our own. Addresses can be ours, where you have none of your own.
The customer, the brand and the price remain yours. Your customers see your name.

Ordering by portal and API
Whichever arrangement you choose, lines are managed the same way.
| Function | What you can do |
|---|---|
| Availability | Check what can be delivered to an address, across the access networks |
| Ordering | Place broadband orders from the partner portal or your own systems |
| Line diagnostics | Test a line and see its state without raising a ticket |
| Public API | The same functions, for integration with your own ordering and support tools |
A direct relationship with Openreach
We deal with Openreach directly as a communications provider, and not through an intermediary. Orders, appointments and faults are placed with Openreach from our own systems.
In a number of exchanges we have installed our own equipment. Lines served from these unbundled exchanges connect directly to our network.
