Maintenance that respects the timetable
Networks need maintenance, and most operators schedule it for the small hours of a weekday without considering who the customer is. For a school the question is simpler: it must not happen during lessons.
Edu24 schedules service-affecting work outside school hours, and holds major works for the main school holiday periods, when an interruption affects no teaching at all.

Engineers on a school site
Anyone attending a school must be suitable to be there. All Edu24 field engineers are DBS checked, so an installation or a repair does not depend on the school arranging supervision at short notice.
