Business Broadband and Full Fibre

Netavo provides business broadband carried on its own core network: full fibre (FTTP) at up to 2300M wherever it is available, and SOGEA for sites it has not reached yet. Check your address to see which networks reach it, and each site gets the best connection available.

Business fibre, on a network built for business

Business fibre usually means FTTP: a fibre connection all the way into your building, with far more capacity than the copper it replaces. It suits offices, shops, surgeries and small sites that rely on cloud applications, calls and video every day.

We carry your traffic across our own core network, not someone else's. Orders, appointments and faults are all handled from our own systems, so there is one team to speak to when something needs attention.

Which connection suits each site

The right answer depends on the address and on what the site does. We check each one before anything is ordered.

Service Speeds Best for
Business FTTP Up to 2300M Most sites, wherever full fibre has reached
SOGEA broadband Up to 80/20 Sites full fibre has not reached yet
Ethernet over SOGEA or FTTP Within the line's speed Ethernet service at smaller sites, without a dedicated build
Ethernet DIA 100M – 10G Sites that need dedicated, symmetrical capacity

How it works

01

Check your address

Enter a postcode on our availability checker to see which networks and technologies reach the site, or send us a list of sites to check together.

02

Choose the right service

We recommend the connection that fits each site, and whether mobile failover is worth adding.

03

Connect it

We arrange the order and the appointment, and move existing calls to cloud voice if the old phone line is going.

04

Look after it

Faults come to our team, on our systems and our network, so you are not passed between suppliers.

Business broadband for resellers and partners

Partners sell business broadband and full fibre to their own customers under their own brand. They check availability and price lines through our API, give their customers a portal in their own brand, and invoice them at their own prices.

ISPs can take FTTP and SOGEA as wholesale broadband instead, handed over to their own network.

Common questions

What is business FTTP?

Business FTTP is full fibre to your premises, provided as a business service. Netavo provides it at up to 2300M wherever full fibre is available.

What is the difference between business broadband and home broadband?

The fibre can be the same. The difference is the service around it: business support, one provider responsible for faults, and options such as mobile failover and a place on a private network.

Is business fibre the same as a leased line?

No. Business fibre broadband is a shared service, while a leased line gives one business dedicated, symmetrical capacity. Netavo provides both, and our guide to leased lines and FTTP explains which suits a site.

Can I get business fibre at my address?

Enter your postcode on our availability checker to see which networks reach the site. Coverage can differ between neighbouring buildings.

What if full fibre has not reached my site?

Netavo provides SOGEA at up to 80/20 for those sites, ordered directly from Openreach, without a telephone line.

Can I add a backup connection?

Yes. Mobile failover is available on Netavo business broadband, so a site can stay online if its main line fails.

Can I resell Netavo business broadband?

Yes. Partners resell business broadband and full fibre under their own brand, with a white-label portal, an availability and quote API and their own billing.
