Dedicated Internet Access (DIA) Leased Lines

Netavo provides dedicated internet access for sites where the connection cannot be allowed to slow down: Ethernet leased lines from 100M to 10G, with capacity reserved for one customer and the same speed in both directions, delivered across the UK's access networks and carried on our own core network.

A leased line to the internet

A dedicated internet access circuit is an Ethernet leased line built to one site, with its capacity reserved for that customer and the same speed in both directions. Nobody else's traffic shares it, so the busiest hour of the day runs at the same speed as the quietest.

We deliver DIA across the UK's major access networks and connect it to our own core network, which carries the traffic to the internet. The circuit, the core and the support sit with one provider, so there is one team accountable from the site to the internet.

From enquiry to live circuit

01

Check the address

We confirm which access networks reach the site and the bandwidth each can deliver.

02

Survey and plan

The route into the building is surveyed, and any construction or permissions are identified before the order is committed.

03

Build and install

The circuit is built, the equipment installed and the service tested end to end before handover.

04

Monitor in service

We monitor every circuit throughout its life, and the committed rate can be raised later without a new installation where the bearer allows.

Resell dedicated internet access

Partners sell DIA leased lines to their own customers under their own brand. They check availability and get quotes through our API, give their customers a portal in their own brand, and invoice at their own prices, while we deliver and monitor every circuit behind them.
