How a circuit is delivered

Design

We establish what is available at each address and select the access technology and carrier best suited to the requirement.

Deliver

Managed ordering and installation, with migration scheduled to suit each site. Routers can be supplied and configured before despatch where required, or the service delivered to your own equipment.

Operate

Every circuit is monitored continuously, so faults are identified and addressed proactively.

Our own core network

Services are carried on a core network we own and operate, rather than resold from a third-party platform. That gives us direct control over addressing, private routing and service quality, and allows us to tailor each solution to the requirement.

Common questions

What connectivity does Netavo provide?

Netavo provides FTTP at up to 2300M, FTTC, Ethernet internet access and point-to-point links from 100M to 10G, MPLS WAN, on-net Ethernet and mobile failover, for single sites and national estates in the UK.

Can I buy connectivity directly from Netavo?

Yes. Netavo's connectivity is available direct, and is also delivered in partnership with other organisations as the connectivity within a wider solution, under their brand where required.

Which access networks does Netavo deliver over?

Netavo delivers across the UK's access networks, including Openreach, CityFibre, KCOM and MS3 Networks, and carries the traffic on its own core network.

Do I have to use a router supplied by Netavo?

No. Netavo can supply a router configured before despatch where required, or deliver the service to your own equipment.

Can Netavo link several sites on a private network?

Yes. Netavo provides MPLS WAN and private routing between sites, over any of its access types, with a mobile second path available where a site needs resilience.
